#ThrowbackThursday to last week, when I had my first off road session with @ianpead. I learnt loads, but it’s still tip of the iceberg. I’m looking forward to my next lesson. Also big shoutout to @raydehaan for his hospitality and fantastic location to ride 🏍💨

Dogs who happen to be on a lead, are more likely to feel restricted and unable to remove themselves from a given situation, which can cause stress within our four legged friends. Unfortunately some owners cannot read their dogs behaviour, or even consider if their dog would really like to be interacted with. An important post by @chloedbruce #repost ・・・ Within the last few months, I’ve known of 3 men take their own lives that I knew and worked with in the entertainment industry. ⠀ ⠀ So when @boysgetsadtoostudio got in touch about their campaign I didn’t even hesitate about whether or not to share their message! ⠀ ⠀ The truth is that 84 men a week in the UK commit suicide! It’s almost 3 x the number of women. It’s just so sad! Please please let’s be more supportive and present for the people we have around us. Ask if they are ok, offer to talk etc. ⠀ ⠀ Mental health is such a tough ride! My uncle has suffered with extremely bad mental health for years now, and it’s just so scary, and sad to see. ⠀ ⠀ Guys speak up! No one is perfect. We all have problems going on.
